How Is Blow Filling Machine Used?

Quality control is an essential task in filling jelly candies, cosmetics, and other products with low freezing points. Blow Filling machines can be utilized in every stage of food production. It is also used to fill nonfoods, for instance, ball and needle type containers, syringes, and ampoules.

The Blow Filling Machine has a set of professional devices for blowing containers made of plastic, glass, or metal into bottles or cans. It is used for the filling of liquid, paste, and granular materials.

Single-head and multi-head machines are used for producing empty bottles, as well as for bottling liquids with different viscosity.

In the food industry, a recommended use of technology is for food additives, vinegar, ketchup filling, cosmetic products filling, or bottle rubber isolation.

What is Blow Filling Machine?

A blow filling machine is a kind of packaging equipment, which is usually used for filling liquid products into bottles. It is also used for filling the gas when people need it.

The blow filling machine has features as follows:

1. The cover is equipped with a screen. This screen can prevent small liquid particles from entering the equipment.

2. The cover is made of stainless steel 304 and its thickness is 2mm. The cover is designed with a vacuum suction hole and closes the hole with a stopper to ensure the vacuum when operating.

3. It has a pressure sensor that warns when the pressure exceeds the set pressure when overloading to avoid any accident and it also has an emergency stop button.

4. The safety valve can avoid overpressure when overloading or wrong installation of pump etc to avoid any accident.

5. The bottle opener and capping ensure that it can open the bottle and cap on the bottle after filling to avoid any explosion etc.

There are two kinds of blow-filling machines according to the structure of the equipment.

1. The machine is composed of a tank, a pump, a control panel, and a reducer, which is a manual blow-filling machine. It is also called an air filling machine. Its appearance is a vertical cylinder with a capacity of 0.5-0.8L. The filling neck can be attached with a cover or without a cover, which will affect the precision of the filling.

2. The machine has a continuous tank, which is usually composed of a pump, a temperature controller, an overpressure valve, and an arm assembly. It is usually an automatic blow filling machine, and can automatically control the pressure in the tank and the position of the arm assembly to achieve the purpose of blowing. It can also be used as an automatic blow filling machine with a labeling machine or without a labeling machine.

The Blowing Machines are used for all types of clear plastic bottles. The blowing machines are used for a range of applications covering food, beer, wines, and other industries that require the filling of liquid or solid material into specific containers.

Blow filling machines allow you to fill all types of containers from 500ml to 5000ml. Depending on the machine, you can control the speed of the filling process by varying the air pressure. You can also adjust the air temperature and flow to ensure that your products are filled completely without any air bubbles remaining. These machines are used for different industries such as feeding and care, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, food and beverages, and others.

Blow Filling Machine is a machine used for injecting air into plastic bottles by pressurized air.

When needed, an air compressor supplies air to the blow-filling machine. The air compressor feeds air through high-pressure flexible hoses to one or more blow valves and a manifold.

The blow valves are opened and the pressure from the hoses forces the air into the bottle. Once the air is in the bottle, a pressure regulator controls the amount of air inside the bottle.

The automatic machine stops blowing air when the operator removes the blow valve from the opening in the bottle. After filling, the operator inspects each bottle for proper form (shape) and label position before packaging.

The blow filling machine consists of a base on which are mounted various supports, clamps, racks, hoses, and valves to control the operation of the equipment.
