When needed, an air compressor supplies air to the blow-filling machine. The air compressor feeds air through high-pressure flexible hoses to one or more blow valves and a manifold.
The blow valves are opened
and the pressure from the hoses forces the air into the bottle. Once the air is
in the bottle, a pressure regulator controls the amount of air inside the
bottle.
The automatic machine stops blowing air when the operator removes the blow valve from the opening in the bottle. After filling, the operator inspects each bottle for proper form (shape) and label position before packaging.
